Dry Needing and Acupuncture are Not the Same.

At Rise, we use dry needling to compliment other therapeutic methods during your treatment. This method of treatment is one of many forms of acupuncture therapy. This manual therapy modulation is used to decrease pain caused by trigger points in order to improve our patient’s mobility.

Although there are plenty of benefits to acupuncture, dry needling allows our patients to progress by relieving some of the symptoms that are limiting them from progressing with physical by participating in because their functionality and comfort won’t be affected due to pain or discomfort. If you’re simply looking for full service acupuncture, we recommend visiting a specialist that can provide you with a wide variety of techniques.
